Self-care is important before, during and after the workday, but it's often difficult to find a way and the time to support the people in your company.  With my workplace workshops I can help you and your team to improve productivity, communication and staff relationships and lessen the days taken off sick.  We can work together to show that you as a business owner care about the emotional health and wellbeing of your staff.

All workshops include a Q&A accompanied with quick and easy to use demonstrations of tips and coping strategies.

Supporting Mental Health in the Workplace

Relax, Refresh and Reset

It is so important to support mental health in the workplace.  With my Relax, Refresh and Reset sessions I am able to help groups of people at work during the day. This allows people to take a break from work and come back feeling refreshed with focus, clarity and motivation.

Not only is this hugely beneficial to employees working in the office, but also to those working from home.

The workshops will include some simple stretches along with quick and effective exercises for the mind, to teach people how to switch off totally for a short while, and then come back feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
