Everyone is unique, and the 6-Step Programme will be tailored to suit your specific needs, meaning you will get the most highly rewarding sessions each and every time. Each step is taken at regular intervals – roughly every two weeks. This gives you the time and breathing space to retrain your mind, body and soul to adapt to new ways of feeling, behaving and reacting. You will soon notice your new way of thinking and doing.

You will find the whole process empowering and freeing and it will build your confidence and self-esteem, while at the same time, be hugely beneficial to your overall emotional and physical health, and wellbeing.

Extra content will be given to you to help you adapt with a fresh confidence to all manner of situations that everyday life throws at you. You’ll be practised in your new calmer habits, enabling you to handle stressful situations in a very different way than you did before. Guided and personalised meditations will be there for you to tap into at any time of day and night.

A general outline of the programme is:

Step 1 – Recognising and Releasing stress, anxiety and the things that hold you back – find your Calm Centre and Happy Place.

Step 2 – Letting go of emotions that no longer serve you, especially guilt around self-care.

Step 3 – Sitting with difficult emotions – fear, anger, grief etc.

Step 4 – Gentle Questioning – this will give you insight, focus and clarity.

Step 5 – Getting a good night’s sleep.

Step 6 – Positive morning routine – create your own positive morning routine which sets you up for a brilliant day, enabling you to cope and deal with what your day brings and will take the overwhelm out of your daily to-do lists.

Every step is dealt with deeply and safely, and with discretion.

You will be fully supported throughout the 6-Step programme.

You will be able to choose how you react to your old stress triggers giving you peace and dignity.  

You will be master of getting a good night's sleep and know how to snatch a moment of calm whenever you need it which is so beneficial to your overall emotional health and wellbeing.
